John is the creator of FUBU, one of the most iconic urban fashion brands in the world. He steered FUBU from a mere concept to a global fashion powerhouse with annual retail sales exceeding $350 million at its peak, in part by pioneering the art of integrating fashion, culture, music, and branding.
An entrepreneur extraordinaire and marketing mastermind, Fortune 500 companies actively seek John out for advice and consultation — so much that he started branding corporation Shark Branding separate from his diverse apparel business.
John is the author of two books, Display of Power: How FUBU Changed a World of Fashion, Branding, and Lifestyle and The Brand Within: How We Brand Ourselves, From Birth to the Boardroom.
